Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing from Oolay Tiger. We take pride in the quality of our digital content and art.

Because our shop deals exclusively in digital products and downloadable content, all sales are considered final. Unlike physical goods, digital items cannot be “returned” once they have been sent. As such, we maintain a strict no-refund and no-return policy on all completed orders.

Exceptions: Non-Delivery of Goods

We understand that technology can sometimes fail. We offer an exception to our no-refund policy only under the following strict conditions:

You have absolutely not received the digital content (e.g., the download link failed to send, or the file was corrupt upon arrival).

We can verify through our system logs that the content was never downloaded or accessed by your account.

If the content has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer a refund.
